If you need to arrange a repair on your wheelchair, during working hours please call the main switchboard number 0808 164 2040 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, to speak to a member of the customer service team.
You can also bring your wheelchair to us, if you prefer. Please call us beforehand to arrange to have your chair fixed or adjusted at the service centre.
If you need to arrange an emergency repair in the evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday, we operate an out-of-hours service. Please call the main switchboard number on 0808 164 2040. Somebody will take a message which will be passed through to the on-call engineer. The engineer will try to contact you within one hour to give you advice or arrange to visit you.
The emergency repair service is intended to support you within your home only. We may be able to help you if you have broken down at another location but this is not always possible. You may also need to get yourself home, with help from a friend, carer or via public transport.
